Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a line cook or similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and handle food at various stations within the scratch kitchen
  • Conduct final food preparation including plating and garnishing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Learn and implement new cooking techniques as directed by executive chefs
