Job Requirements
- Full-time availability preferred
- Ability to stand walk lift and stay active throughout the shift
- Reliable and committed to following food safety protocols
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a team environment
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required as training is provided
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen especially with seafood preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow directions precisely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment
- Strong attention to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Willingness to learn and participate in comprehensive hands-on training program
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines with a strong emphasis on consistency and quality
- Set up and maintain your workstation ensuring it is fully stocked organized and ready for a smooth and efficient service
- Follow all health and safety procedures including proper storage labeling temperature logging and sanitation practices
- Take part in inventory and prep tasks including rotation of stock and notifying leadership when ingredients or supplies are running low
- Keep your space clean and safe by maintaining hygiene standards regularly sanitizing surfaces and assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen team members and leadership to support smooth service and solve any challenges that arise during the shift
