Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift

Job Qualifications
- One to three years of experience as a line cook in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
- basic math and critical thinking skills for following prep work and recipes

- strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- hospitality-minded and friendly personality
- able to remain calm and resolve issues under pressure
- organized and detail-oriented
Job Duties
- Setting up your station and successfully tackling your daily prep list
- receiving goods from vendors and ensuring all products meet high standards
- assisting kitchen stations and delivering beautifully prepped items to the line
- maintaining a tidy, organized, and sanitized workspace, including culinary and food storage areas
- practicing exceptional cooking techniques
- preparing the kitchen for service by following prep lists, organizing ingredients, and adhering to portion guidelines
- collaborating with team members to complete service in a positive, respectful environment
