Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cooking or prep line experience
- Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform physical activities such as walking, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and working on slippery floors
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year's experience as a prep line or cook
- Ability to think on feet and work under high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs
- Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas
- Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
