Job Duties
- Gain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and daily specials
- assist with the preparation and production of roasted meats, vegetables, and traditional Italian dishes
- support the pizza station when needed
- set up stations daily with all necessary ingredients and equipment
- communicate potential product shortages to the Chef promptly
- accurately measure, prep, and organize ingredients
- follow recipes, production standards, and plating guidelines
- taste all food items to ensure consistent flavor and quality
- properly label, date, rotate, and store all products following food-safety standards
- maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary workspace at all times
- follow opening and closing kitchen procedures
- uphold safe and hygienic food-handling practices
- support the team with additional tasks as assigned, including cross-training across stations
