Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or high-volume setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques including meal preparation and food handling best practices
  • A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills
  • Proficient in English
  • able to read and speak

Job Duties

  • Multitask while performing proper culinary methods and techniques
  • Follow daily instructions and complete prep list
  • Maintain a clean and organized station/equipment during volume execution
  • Prepare all specials per the specifications of the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef
  • Work independently with being efficient and productive
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in pressure situations
