Job Duties

  • Know our menu and daily specials thoroughly
  • Assist in the preparation and production of roasted meats, vegetables, and traditional Italian dishes
  • Support the pizza station as necessary
  • Prepare stations daily with all necessary ingredients and utensils
  • Communicate promptly to the Chef about any product shortages
  • Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients precisely
  • Follow recipes, production standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Taste all food to ensure consistent flavor and quality
  • Label, date, rotate, and properly store all products according to food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times
  • Adhere to kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain safe and hygienic food handling practices
  • Support the team with additional tasks as directed, including cross-training in different stations
