Job Duties
- Know our menu and daily specials thoroughly
- Assist in the preparation and production of roasted meats, vegetables, and traditional Italian dishes
- Support the pizza station as necessary
- Prepare stations daily with all necessary ingredients and utensils
- Communicate promptly to the Chef about any product shortages
- Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients precisely
- Follow recipes, production standards, and presentation guidelines
- Taste all food to ensure consistent flavor and quality
- Label, date, rotate, and properly store all products according to food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times
- Adhere to kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Maintain safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Support the team with additional tasks as directed, including cross-training in different stations
