Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours
  • Must be able to stand for several hours
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects at various heights
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work varied schedules and shifts

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming
  • Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards
  • Monitor quality and presentation of each dish
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Collaborate with back-of-house team members for timely food preparation
  • Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients
  • Operate with urgency during busy periods maintaining food quality
