Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler certification
- Certification must be obtained by first day or within location's timeline
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours based on restaurant needs
- Strong sense of urgency to serve guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred but not required
- Food handler certification or ability to obtain one before starting
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and standards accurately
Job Duties
- Master fry station ensuring perfectly cooked fried items
- Operate grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature and perfect taco ingredients
- Manage sauté station preparing flavorful and well-cooked dishes
- Use steam equipment to prepare steamed dishes with proper texture and flavor
- Assemble and build tacos to meet high standards and guest expectations
- Prepare and cook ingredients per recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station ensuring food safety
- Monitor quality and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with inventory management including stocking and organizing ingredients
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet guest demand while maintaining food quality
