Job Requirements
- Meet state and local requirements for food handler's certification
- Obtain certification by first day or within required timeline
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant's needs
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests' needs with high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun

Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled perfectly
- Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
- Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming maintaining texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring each meets high standards and guest expectations
- Monitor the quality and presentation of each dish ensuring every taco meets Damn Good standards before reaching the guest
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Work closely with other back-of-house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation contributing to smooth kitchen operation
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients ensuring kitchen is set up for success before and during service
- Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods to keep up with guest demand while maintaining quality and presentation of food
