Job Duties

  • master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
  • operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
  • manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful dishes
  • operate steam equipment to prepare dishes maintaining the right texture and flavor
  • assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction
  • prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • monitor quality and presentation of each dish
  • maintain clean and organized work station ensuring food safety
  • collaborate with back-of-house team members for smooth kitchen operation
  • assist with inventory stocking and organizing
  • operate with urgency during busy periods maintaining food quality and presentation
