Job Requirements

  • Meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • obtain certification by first day or within location timeline
  • open to varied work schedules and hours
  • able to stand for several hours
  • able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • able to lift push pull or carry objects up to 40 pounds
  • ability to serve guests with high sense of urgency
  • ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • strong communication skills
  • capable of multitasking in a high-volume setting

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring perfect crispiness and flavor
  • operate the grill station cooking proteins and taco ingredients to the right temperature
  • manage the sauté station creating flavorful, perfectly cooked dishes
  • operate steam equipment maintaining right texture and flavor
  • assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards
  • prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • monitor quality and presentation of each dish before serving
  • maintain clean and organized work station
  • collaborate with back-of-house team for timely food preparation
  • assist in inventory stocking and organization
  • operate efficiently with urgency during busy periods
