Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Master fry cook station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection
  • Operate grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature and grilling taco ingredients
  • Manage sauté station handling ingredients to create flavorful dishes
  • Operate steam equipment maintaining proper texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to meet high standards
  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization ensuring food safety
  • Collaborate with back-of-house team members for timely food preparation
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient stocking
  • Operate efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
