Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to recipes and standards
  • Monitor quality and presentation of each dish to ensure it meets company standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work station complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with back of house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
  • Assist with inventory management by stocking and organizing ingredients
  • Operate with urgency during busy periods while maintaining food quality
  • Assemble and build each taco to meet high standards and guest expectations
