Job Duties
- Prepare and cook ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- Monitor quality and presentation of each dish to ensure it meets company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work station complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with back of house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with inventory management by stocking and organizing ingredients
- Operate with urgency during busy periods while maintaining food quality
- Assemble and build each taco to meet high standards and guest expectations
