Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Job Duties

  • Master fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection
  • Operate grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature
  • Manage sauté station handling various ingredients for flavorful dishes
  • Operate steam equipment maintaining right texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order meeting standards
  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work station following food safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with back-of-house team ensuring timely and correct food preparation
  • Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients
  • Operate with urgency during busy periods while maintaining quality
