Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
- Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Open to varied work schedules and hours
- Must be able to stand for several hours

- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Master fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection
- Operate grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature
- Manage sauté station handling various ingredients for flavorful dishes
- Operate steam equipment maintaining right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order meeting standards
- Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Maintain clean and organized work station following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with back-of-house team ensuring timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients
- Operate with urgency during busy periods while maintaining quality
