Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler’s certification
- certification must be obtained by first day or within timeline required by location
- open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
- must be able to stand for several hours
- must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- ability to serve guests’ needs with a high sense of urgency
- ability to have fun
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
- manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked
- operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
- assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each one meets high standards and guests’ expectations
- prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on multiple stations according to recipes and standards
- monitor the quality and presentation of each dish to ensure satisfaction before serving
- maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate closely with back-of-house team members to ensure timely food preparation
- assist with inventory management by stocking and organizing ingredients
- operate efficiently during busy periods to meet guest demand while maintaining food quality and presentation
