Job Duties
- Master fry station, ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection
- Operate grill station, cooking proteins to correct temperature
- Manage sauté station, preparing flavorful dishes
- Operate steam equipment, maintaining texture and flavor
- Assemble and build tacos to order
- Monitor quality and presentation of dishes
- Maintain clean and organized work station
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients
- Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods
