Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
- Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests with high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun

Job Duties
- Master fry station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection
- Operate grill station cooking proteins and taco ingredients to correct temperature
- Manage sauté station creating flavorful perfectly cooked dishes
- Operate steam equipment maintaining right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards
- Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Monitor quality and presentation ensuring food meets standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization adhering to food safety
- Collaborate with back-of-house team ensuring timely accurate food preparation
- Assist with inventory management stocking and organizing ingredients
- Operate efficiently during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
