Job Requirements

- Must obtain certification within timeline required by location

- Previous cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
- Manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked
- Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each one meets high standards and guests’ expectations
- Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- Monitor quality and presentation of each dish, ensuring every taco meets Damn Good standards before serving
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Work closely with other back-of-house team members to ensure all food is prepared timely and correctly
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients, ensuring kitchen readiness before and during service
- Operate with urgency during busy periods while maintaining food quality and presentation
