Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler's certification
- Certification must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location

- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
- Manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked
- Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each one meets high standards and guests' expectations
- Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- Monitor the quality and presentation of each dish, ensuring every item meets the company's standards before it reaches the guest
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Work closely with other BOH team members to ensure all food is prepared timely and correctly
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients to ensure the kitchen is ready before and during service
- Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods to keep up with guest demand while maintaining quality and presentation
