Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
- certification must be obtained by the first day or within the timeframe required
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
- must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- ability to work varied schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
- ability to serve guests with urgency
- must have a positive attitude and ability to have fun
Job Qualifications

- ability to handle multiple cooking stations efficiently
Job Duties
- Master fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- operate grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled perfectly
- manage sauté station, preparing flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
- operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming with the right texture and flavor
- assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction
- monitor quality and presentation of every dish before service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work station following food safety standards
