Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • certification must be obtained by the first day or within the timeframe required
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
  • must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
  • ability to work varied schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
  • ability to serve guests with urgency
  • must have a positive attitude and ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • previous experience preferred but not required
  • strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
  • basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to handle multiple cooking stations efficiently

Job Duties

  • Master fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
  • operate grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled perfectly
  • manage sauté station, preparing flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
  • operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming with the right texture and flavor
  • assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction
  • monitor quality and presentation of every dish before service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work station following food safety standards
