Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours
  • Must be able to stand for several hours
  • Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests needs with high urgency
  • Ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Food Handler's certification as required by state and local laws
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and hours
  • High sense of urgency and guest service orientation

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and grilling taco ingredients
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful dishes
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming maintaining texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
  • Prepare and cook ingredients on fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station ensuring food safety and sanitation
