Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring taco ingredients are grilled perfectly
- manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful dishes
- operate steam equipment preparing steamed dishes with right texture and flavor
- assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
- prepare and cook ingredients at grill fry sauté and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- monitor quality and presentation of dishes ensuring each taco meets Damn Good standards before serving flight
- maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- work collaboratively with back-of-house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- assist with inventory stocking and organizing ingredients ensuring kitchen readiness before and during service
- operate with urgency during busy periods maintaining food quality and presentation
