Job Qualifications

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler certification
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
  • Ability to stand for several hours

  • Ability to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring each meets high standards and guest expectations
  • Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on the grill fryer sauté and steam stations according to recipes and standards
  • Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring every taco meets brand standards before serving
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate closely with other back-of-house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation contributing to smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients ensuring kitchen readiness before and during service
  • Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods to meet guest demand while maintaining quality and presentation
