Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within timeline required
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours
  • Must be able to stand for several hours
  • Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects at various heights
  • Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests with high sense of urgency
  • Ability to have fun

Job Duties

  • Master fry station ensuring fried items are cooked perfectly
  • Operate grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature
  • Manage sauté station creating flavorful dishes
  • Operate steam equipment maintaining texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build tacos to order
  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations
