Job Requirements
- Meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
- Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun

Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
- Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
- Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming maintaining the right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards and guest expectations
- Prepare and cook ingredients on grill fryer sauté and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring every taco meets standards before reaching the guest
