Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
  • Certification must be obtained by first day or within the required timeline
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours
  • Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects at various height levels
  • Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests needs with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to have fun

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins and taco ingredients to correct temperature
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful dishes
  • Use steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming maintaining texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards
  • Monitor quality and presentation of each dish maintaining Damn Good standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation ensuring food safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members for timely and correct food preparation
  • Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients ensuring kitchen readiness
  • Operate with urgency during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
