Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
- certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- must be physically able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- must have a strong sense of urgency in guest service
- must have a positive and fun attitude

Job Duties
- Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled properly
- manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create flavorful, perfectly cooked dishes
- operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
- assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each meets high standards and guest expectations
- prepare and cook a variety of ingredients according to Torchy's recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
- collaborate with back-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- assist with inventory management including stocking and organizing ingredients
- work efficiently and with urgency during busy periods to meet guest demand while maintaining quality and presentation
