Job Requirements
- Meet state and local food handler’s certification requirements
- Obtain certification by first day or within location timeline
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to bend stretch twist or reach objects at various heights
- Ability to lift push pull or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests with high sense of urgency
- Open to varied work schedules and hours
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications
- Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain by start date
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of fry grill sauté steam cooking methods
- Ability to work in fast-paced high-volume kitchen

Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection with right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature and grilling taco ingredients perfectly
- Manage the sauté station creating flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
- Operate steam equipment preparing dishes requiring steaming with proper texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
- Prepare and cook ingredients on grill fryer sauté and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring all meals meet Damn Good standards
- Maintain clean and organized work station adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with back-of-house team members for timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients ensuring kitchen readiness for service
- Operate with urgency during busy periods maintaining food quality and presentation
