Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
- Manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked
- Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each one meets high standards and guests' expectations
- Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on multiple stations according to Torchy's recipes and standards
- Monitor the quality and presentation of each dish, ensuring every taco meets company standards before it reaches the guest
