Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
  • certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • previous experience preferred but not required
  • open to varied work schedules and hours
  • must be able to stand for several hours
  • able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
  • capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 40 pounds
  • ability to serve guests with urgency
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • Food Handler's certification or ability to obtain it promptly
  • previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
  • ability to work varied schedules and hours
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective teamwork skills
  • capability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station, ensuring fried items are cooked perfectly
  • operate the grill station, cooking proteins and ingredients accurately
  • manage the sauté station to create flavorful dishes
  • operate steam equipment for steaming dishes with proper texture
  • assemble and build tacos to meet high standards
  • maintain a clean and organized work station
  • collaborate with team members for timely food preparation
