Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and grilling ingredients perfectly
- Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to prepare flavorful dishes
- Operate steam equipment to prepare steamed dishes maintaining texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards and guest expectations
- Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with back-of-house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with inventory management stocking and organizing ingredients
- Operate with efficiency and urgency during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
