Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and grilling ingredients perfectly
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to prepare flavorful dishes
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare steamed dishes maintaining texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards and guest expectations
  • Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with back-of-house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
  • Assist with inventory management stocking and organizing ingredients
  • Operate with efficiency and urgency during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
