Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for food handler's certification
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within timeline required
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant's needs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on shelves at various levels
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests' needs with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work varied schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
  • Ability to stand for several hours

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare steamed dishes maintaining the right texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring each meets high standards and guest expectations
  • Monitor quality and presentation of dishes ensuring they meet standards before served
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
