Job Requirements
- 1+ years cooking experience preferred
- Food Handler's Card
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic knife skills including dicing, chopping, slicing
- Ability to use a slicer, mixer, and other mechanical kitchen equipment

- Basic knife skills including dicing, chopping, and slicing of fruits, vegetables, and meats
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as slicers and mixers
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food items and dishes according to directions from kitchen supervisors or established recipes
- Retrieve items needed for daily specials and menu items from dry storage or refrigerator/freezer
- Prep foods prior to service such as salads and soups, including dating and storing as necessary
- Sauté, run the broiler/deep fryer, and plate entrees as per instructions
- Clean up work station after each service
- Clean pots, pans, fryer, broiler, and line work area with disinfectants
- Dispose of waste in proper receptacles
