Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar line cook role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as per the schedule
  • Maintain uniform and personal hygiene according to restaurant standards
  • Prepare food items according to company recipes, procedures, and quality standards
  • Ensure food safety techniques are properly applied during handling and preparation
  • Know and follow emergency procedures
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area including prep tables and refrigeration units
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately
