Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salads, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • Portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
  • Carve and slice meats and cheese
  • Measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and food items following recipes
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards
  • Maintain the highest degree of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area
  • Report any unsafe conditions, acts, accidents, or injuries immediately
