Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination, screening, and use of PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Experience working in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
  • Execute seasonal menu items precisely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Communicate courteously and effectively with team members and residents
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings
  • Support a positive and flexible work environment
