Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination, screening, and use of PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience working in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
- Execute seasonal menu items precisely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Communicate courteously and effectively with team members and residents
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings
- Support a positive and flexible work environment
