Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols such as vaccination, daily screening, testing, and wearing PPE as required by regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to execute dishes consistently and efficiently
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Execute seasonal menus in a timely and flawless manner
- Interact warmly with residents and guests to build positive relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in ongoing culinary training and development
