Job Duties
- Follow recipes, portion control, production charts, and directions to prepare food items accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with expeditor and line positions to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain a clean work area by sweeping, mopping, and using cleaning agents as trained
- Perform significant movement throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, turning, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Work autonomously within specific job functions while interacting extensively with coworkers to accomplish tasks
- Operate mechanized cutting, slicing, and mixing equipment, as well as hot cooking appliances such as ovens, ranges, and steamers
- Follow all company policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards
