Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide legal documentation to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior culinary or line cook experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and plating instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Open availability
Job Duties
- Learns all noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
- Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
- Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
- Prepares and cuts garnishes for noodle line items
- Labels all items in accordance with health department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- Attends monthly staff meetings and noodle meetings
- Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- Organizes items within the walk-in coolers and freezers
- Lifts/moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables (up to 50 pounds)
- Assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, including but not limited to recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
