Job Requirements
- Proven cooking experience including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 hour shifts and lift 50+ pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent, culinary training preferred

Job Duties
- Set-up and stocking line stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
- Prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meats, preparing sauces, etc.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with other team members
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
- Breakdown and clean up station and properly handle and store left over food from service
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
