Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in food preparation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good physical stamina
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain appropriate food temperatures, ensuring hot items are served hot
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
