Job Requirements

  • prefer previous kitchen experience
  • strong understanding of cooking methods and procedures
  • ability to read and follow recipes and order screens
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
  • able to stand for long periods
  • comfortable working in high-temperature environments and with hot equipment
  • ability to bend, stretch, and reach for cleaning and equipment movement
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards with food handler certification
  • ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment safely
  • comply with health and safety guidelines
  • collaborative team player with good communication skills
  • willing to follow instructions and accept feedback
  • strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • attention to detail and cleanliness
  • positive attitude and passion for cooking
  • capable of performing additional tasks as assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
  • strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • ability to read and follow standardized recipes
