Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards
  • showcase flair for plating and presentation
  • maintain temperature charts and food safety records
  • adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control
  • notify the chef of inventory needs and participate in kitchen operations
  • uphold standards in personal grooming and kitchen hygiene
  • assist in organizing kitchen, food storage, and dish room
  • ensure first-in, first-out food rotation for freshness
  • assist chef manager and food & beverage director to improve kitchen efficiency and staff training
  • follow sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and meet regulatory requirements
