Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience as a line cook at a hotel or full-service restaurant
- Ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Complete opening duties including setting up work station with required tools equipment and supplies according to standards
- Inspect cleanliness and working condition of all tools equipment and supplies
- Check production schedule and pars
- Establish priority items for the day
- Inform Chef Kitchen Manager of supplies that need requisitioning for the day
- Transport supplies from storeroom and stock in designated areas
- Start prep work on items needed for the daily menu
- Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides according to department standards
- Inform Chef Kitchen Manager of any shortages before item runs out
- Inform Food and Beverage service staff of 86'd items and available menu specials throughout the meal period
