Job Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years of age or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • A minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience, with demonstrated skill on breakfast and/or grill stations
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, with demonstrated experience in grill stations
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-energy kitchen
  • Previous line cook experience (Breakfast experience preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to company standards and guest expectations
  • Stock and maintain fresh food for the hotel market daily, ensuring proper rotation and disposal of items at the end of each shift
  • Complete daily prep for the following day and maintain a clean, organized kitchen at all times
  • Execute grill techniques with consistency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members and support smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in prep, inventory, and other duties as assigned by leadership
