Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in a kitchen
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Must demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items consistently according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Work efficiently across all kitchen stations including pizza oven, saute, grill, and prep
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely food preparation and service
  • Follow health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation protocols
  • Assist in inventory management and report shortages or equipment malfunctions
  • Support a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills
