Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen
  • Ability to work all kitchen stations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen demands

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate various kitchen stations efficiently in a high volume environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
