Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen
Ability to work all kitchen stations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen demands

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Operate various kitchen stations efficiently in a high volume environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
