- Must hold a California Food Handlers card
- must have a minimum of 12 consecutive months of employment in a kitchen
- must have experience with food prep and knife skills
- black top grill experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Food prep and cooking
- menu options-pastas, pizzas, Mexican food, Chinese food, breakfast grill, lunch grill and grab n go meals
- setting up, take down of stations, cleaning stations, dishes, sweeping of kitchen and mopping of kitchen area
- putting deliveries away in designated area
- able to assist customers with meal orders at each station
- assisting with the cleanliness of the cafeteria, kitchen and eating area
