Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is required
- Strong interest in culinary arts and willingness to grow in the food service industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient in English
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Open availability required for day shifts, including full availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and café standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and during service
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently, correctly, and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper dishwashing, surface sanitization, and trash removal
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and proper food storage
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support the kitchen team in daily tasks and café operations
- Participate in any training sessions or skill-building workshops as required
